Julia Garcia is an Evaluation Associate with LeCroy & Milligan Associates, Inc. Julia joined the team in April 2021 and has worked on the randomized control trial for Parents as Teachers home visiting program. She has previous direct and research experience across the public and non-profit sectors where she specialized in children and family resources. She looks forward to applying her social work skills to various projects throughout the company.  

 

When not at the (virtual) office, Julia enjoys baking desserts, collecting stationary, and playing with her rottweiler.
