Ms. Karla Galindo began her journey with LMA as a Bachelor of Social Work intern, eager to explore program evaluation and research—areas she hadn’t delved into before. Throughout her internship, Karla learned about various organizations and programs and contributed to a range of tasks that required Spanish language and translation support. She gained valuable insights into developing logic models, designing focus group and interview protocols, and creating surveys. Additionally, she learned various qualitative and quantitative methods for evaluating outcomes and assessing program effectiveness. Karla continues to build her skills while still delivering a fine product.

Outside of work, Karla enjoys spending time with her grandparents, sisters, and friends. Karla loves painting, baking treats, dancing for fun, attending concerts, listening to classic Spanish music, watching reality dramas, traveling, and treating herself to some retail therapy!
