The Power of Effective Evaluation

Since 1991, LeCroy & Milligan Associates has helped organizations in the public and private sectors to document their impact and improve their services through meaningful program evaluation, research, technical assistance and training.

SERVICES

We carry out research and evaluation projects that help organizations to implement evidence-based programs and practices and document the outcomes of those efforts. We are experts in management and analysis of data for effective use in organizational decision-making.

PROJECTS

We bring a depth of expertise, diverse experience and a responsive approach to our work with clients. Our primary areas of expertise include family and child services, education, health and mental health, juvenile and adult justice, coalition work, and prevention.

We support a wide range of non-profit organizations, coalitions, educational institutions, foundations, and federal, state and local government agencies. We have worked with many organizations for years to demonstrate their impact as programs grow and new project needs arise.

The Healthy Families Parenting Inventory (HFPI) is a valid and reliable outcome measure that measures change in nine parenting domains. The HFPI is widely used across the U.S. and internationally in many models of home visitation, family support and early childhood programs.
