Rebecca Friesen, PhD, EdM

Rebecca Friesen, PhD, EdM, is a Senior Evaluation Associate at Lecroy & Milligan Associates. She earned a PhD in Educational Psychology, minoring in Evaluation, at the University of Arizona and an EdM in Policy, Planning and Administration at Boston University. She brings a range of professional experience in nonprofit organizations, university settings, and private consulting. In particular, she has focused on equity and motivation in STEM, early education, parenting practices, and educational programs. She offers expertise in survey administration, interview/focus group facilitation, and advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses. She also regularly presents at the American Psychological Association, the American Educational Research Association, and the American Evaluation Association.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys reading thoughtful books, gardening in sustainable ways, and spending time with friends, her husband, and her three sons.
